What to do If my Security Deposit has not been refunded yet?
Your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your stated departure date.
If the deposit was not refunded within this timeframe, please consider the following:
- Stated Departure Date: The 14-day timeframe begins from the agreed, stated departure date.
- Property Inspection: If there were any missing items or damages upon your departure, additional processing time is required for repairs, replacements, and insurance claims before issuing the refund.
- Bank Details: Please ensure you have provided your banking details, if you have not provided your banking details or you can provided incorrect banking details, this will cause a delay in your security deposit being processed.
- Bank Processing Times: Depending on your bank, it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
