Your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your stated departure date.

If the deposit was not refunded within this timeframe, please consider the following:
  1. Stated Departure Date: The 14-day timeframe begins from the agreed, stated departure date.
  2. Property Inspection: If there were any missing items or damages upon your departure, additional processing time is required for repairs, replacements, and insurance claims before issuing the refund.
  3. Bank Details: Please ensure you have provided your banking details, if you have not provided your banking details or you can provided incorrect banking details, this will cause a delay in your security deposit being processed.
  4. Bank Processing Times: Depending on your bank, it can take up to 3 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
